"Define what it is they (students) are trying to achieve and then DEVISE or DEMAND the technology (not yet at hand) that will meet such curriculum needs. It is my opinion that both learners and practitioners are still bound by what I call 'tool thinking' ie 'Here is a tool, what can we do with it?' Surely, practitioners in particular should be looking outside of the box, thinking creatively about curriculum delivery, and explaining to the 'techies' what we really want? Ray Tolley ICT Consultant
